Anna Badia

Professor of International Law at the University of Barcelona. Director of The Master Program in International Studies at the UB.  Visiting professor at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua and University of Puerto Rico. Member of the United Nations Observation Mission for the 1994 elections in South Africa. Attended the 1995 UN Summit for Social Development in Copenhagen as Spanish representative.

Andreu Olesti

Professor of EC Law at the University of Barcelona. Member of the Spanish Society of Professors of International Law, of the Spanish Society for the Study of European Law, and a member of the American Society of International Law. Co-author, with Professor Abellán, of the book: Lessons on European Community Law

Josep Ferrer

Profesor of Civil Law and Vice-dean of the International Programs Office of the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. He has a Bachelors degree from the University of Barcelona. He has been a visiting professor at Yale University, at Boloña University in Italy and Leuven University in Belgium. He was a memeber of the editing committee for the Catalán Civil Code and the International Society for Family Rights.  He has published extensively on Contract Law, Family Law and Comparative Law.

Ivette González Buitrago

Auxiliary Dean of the Deanship of Graduate, Joint and Exchange programs and Associate Professor at the University of Puerto Rico.  She obtained her J.D. from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law  and a Master of Law (LLM) from Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana.

 

Erika Fontánez (Visiting Professor)

Profesor of Civil Law and Legal Theory at the University of Puerto Rico.  She has a Bachellor's Degree  in Arts and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Puerto Rico.  She obtained a Masters of Law Degree from the London University School of Law.

Víctor Ferreres-Comella

Professor of Constitutional Law at Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona). He holds an LL.M. and a JSD from Yale Law School. He is also a member of the Global Faculty of New York University, and one of the editors of "I.CON, The International Journal of Constitutional Law". His main areas of research and writing are constitutional justice, and fundamental rights. He received the "Francisco Tomás y Valiente" prize for his book "Justicia Constitucional y Democracia" (1997).

Efrén Rivera Ramos

Former Dean and professor at the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. Holds a Ph.D from  University College, University of London and an LL.M. from Harvard University. Founding member and former coordinator of the Working Group of Caribbean Legal Studies. Teaching and research focus on Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law and  Sociology of Law . Has published extensively on these topics.

José R. Salelles

Professor at the University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. Holds a S.J.D. from the University of Bologna in Italy. Has been a visiting scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Antitrust and Tax Law (1994) and at Harvard Law School (1998). Teaching and research subjects include Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Contracts and Copyright, areas in which he has published extensively.

Jordi Bonet

Professor and director of the International Law Department at the University of Barcelona.  He has published extensively on the protection of international and human rights in Europe.

Angel Manuel Moreno

Professor of Law of the University  Carlos III of Madrid.  He has a Masters of Law of University of Harvard and an SJD of the University of Carlos III of Madrid.  His academic interests Administrative and Environmental Law in both Spain and Europe. He has published extensively on both subjects.
